Next, we Treat using targeted manual therapy techniques and guided exercises to address the issues identified during assessment — reducing pain, restoring mobility, and facilitating healing. Then, once immediate issues are resolved we Optimize, focusing on enhancing your strength, flexibility, and performance. This ensures long-term results and helps prevent future injuries.

Dry Needling

Shockwave Therapy
(aka Extracoporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT)) - Treat pain and promote healing through increased blood supply. This non-invasive treatment the uses acoustic (sound) waves to heal tendinopathies, plantar fasciitis, joint pain, boney edema, stress fractures, and muscle strains and tears. It especially helps with areas that are difficult to heal due to poor blood supply.
Kinesio Taping
Reduce pain, improve circulation, and enhance the body’s natural healing process during physical activity or recovery. This technique uses elastic tape to support muscles and joints without restricting range of motion.
